Realistic, pertinent, and professional... that is what a RAEMS course is. Designed for 6 to 24 persons, each class is tailored to a specific need. We will prepare courses for your group which address their needs, and will even come to your location if you so desire.

Wilderness mini courses of approximately one and a half hours duration are also available for youth groups. These focus upon selected skills, and are offered at $12.50 per student. Discounts are always available. Contact us for details.

EMERGENCY FIRST AID A one day course covering Scene management, airway, breathing, CPR, severe bleeding, medical conditions, and more...
STANDARD FIRST AID A two day course incorporating Emergency First Aid with further instruction on casualty assessment, fractures, environmental injuries, burns, and more.
WILDERNESS FIRST AID A two and one half day course designed to prepare the student for remote intervention when there is no ambulance coming.
WILDERNESS MEDICAL TECHNIQUES An advanced two day course which builds upon the techniques learned in Wilderness First Aid, and introduces further techniques of remote area casualty care.
OXYGEN ADMINISTRATION A one day course which covers the proper handling and administration of oxygen. Calculations, types of masks, types of cylinders, and safety measures will be covered.
INTRODUCTION TO WILDERNESS SURVIVAL A one day class session which provides a preparatory overview of necessary survival skills, such as shelter, fire, water, food, and signalling techniques..
WILDERNESS SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES A two and one half day course designed to familiarize students with the tools needed to survive in the wilderness. Hands on sessions combined with informative lectures guarantee a solid learning experience in a wilderness setting.
WILDERNESS SURVIVAL CAMP Time to practice your skills, share, and learn new ones in this seven day sojourn into the Eastern Slopes of the Rockies. Designed for Wilderness Survival students who want to refine techniques.
BALLISTIC FIRST AID A two day course with a focus on ballistic trauma and the resulting complications.

Bushcraft on Fire not only conducts prearranged classes in the Southern Missouri area, but will also meet your needs by coming to your area to conduct a class if this is more convenient for you. These specialized classes are scheduled around the regularly programmed classes to avoid conflicts.
